Yes, if the product you received was broken, faulty or in used condition this may warrant a return. (Be careful when choosing your items)
To return an item you must contact us within 14 days of receiving the product and it must be undamaged, unopened, and unused in original packaging.

We try get the items you have purchased to you as quickly as possible but because of many things that are simply out of our control including shipping times this can sometimes be delayed. We source products from around the world to bring you the widest range in items and because of this our shipping times can be longer than expected and we ask you to be patient.
